To End Workplace Discrimination
The Human Rights Campaign Foundation is launching
a project to educate the American public and support our efforts to end discrimination based on sexual orientation in the workplace.
Such discrimination is still legal in 39 of the 50 states.
Whether you pursued legal action or not, adding your case to this project will help HRC illustrate the existance of employment discrimination based on sexual orientation, raise awareness about this discrimination, and emphasize the need for non-discrimination policies in the workplace.
Your story will help to make this form of workplace discrimination illegal in the future.
If you've faced workplace discrimination based on your sexual orientation, take a stand. Send us your story.
